Hello! My name is Rachel

That’s me in the photo on the left with my colour crew! I am the Founder of The Colour Club – creativity & wellness centre.

I am a designer with a love of colour, creativity and wellbeing. I’ve worked with children for many years as a camp leader, lifeguard, swimming instructor and kids art teacher. Since having my 3 kiddos, I’ve experienced the benefits of using my creative skills and wellness training at home with my kids and for my own mental and physical health.

I’ve studied visual communications – graphic design, interactive media, therapeutic play, special needs education, Hatha yoga, yoga for children, mum & baby yoga, infant & children’s mental health and creative mindfulness for children.

Aisling is a qualified Pound (drumming inspired rockout workout), Groove (dancefloor experience) and yoga instructor who has facilitated many local community workshops, events and classes for kids in schools, outdoors and in studio settings for the past 4 years. All of Aisling’s classes are wellness focused and music inspired – exploring lots of different fun movements through play, creativity and rhythm making. Ais will be teaching her famous Pound classes in the club and helping with camps and events throughout the year. To book a class with Ais get in touch here.
