Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all classes, events and workshops organised by The Colour Club for children and adults. By taking part in any event you are therefore agreeing to these terms and conditions. The Colour Club reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as and when it may be required.
  2. We accept the following methods of payment for all of our activities: Paypal through our website and cash. We can also accept bank transfers upon request.  
  3. Payment & Refunds/Cancellation. Your place will be secure once we receive your payment. We will make a full refund up to 10 days before the commencement of the term or camp/event. We will offer a 50% refund up to 5 days before the commencement of the term or camp/event. We may issue vouchers in the case of cancellation closer to the event depending on the circumstances e.g. in the case of illness.
  4. Transfers will be accommodated as long as there is room in another class/event. If you or your child is feeling unwell, please keep your child at home. We will make up the class at the next opportunity.
  5. The Colour Club reserves the right to cancel or defer any class/event/camp subject to demand. Upon cancellation or deferment, we will offer to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date or offer a full refund.
  6. The Colour Club reserves the right to make changes to our timetable.
  7. Class and camp fees will be reviewed annually in line with the costs to provide the classes.
  8. Children and adults participate in all classes and events at the adult or parent/guardian’s own risk and all adults, parents/guardians are obliged to inform The Colour Club of any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs.
  9. Emergency contacts – we require two emergency contact numbers. We will contact these numbers in the event of an emergency such as sickness, incident or injury, unless it is a minor incident. Please ensure to let us know of any special requirements.
  10. The Colour Club accepts no responsibility for belongings, please ensure that you have all belongings when leaving a class or event.
  11. For safety, please ensure that the person named when booking your child into any event is the person collecting your child, unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
  12. We will require details of each participant’s relevant medical, health or additional needs prior to taking part in any activities.
  13. We recommend all children bring a small snack and drink as we take a short break during camps. Please avoid foods containing nuts as we have seen a growing number of allergies. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
  14. The Colour Club reserves the right to release, without refund, any participant in any event/class/camp whose behaviour becomes disruptive. This action will not be taken without discussion.
  15. The safety of children and vulnerable adults is of utmost importance in The Colour Club. All of our teachers and instructors are trained, have completed child protection training and are Garda vetted.
  16. Photographs and videos may be taken during classes/events of the participants or projects/activities that they are working on or taking part in for promotional reasons.
  17. We use these photos and footage with discretion. Please inform us if you do not wish your child to be involved in any photo shoots.
  18. Data processing – When you make contact with The Colour Club your details are added to our marketing database unless you choose to opt out. The purpose of using your contact information is to provide information on other classes and events that we may have coming up.
  19. If you wish to be removed from the database just email, text or call us and we will remove your details.
