Description
Calm and Create is a fun after-school class combining mindful creativity with yoga, sensory and therapeutic play, stories and journaling delivered in a welcoming, nurturing, inclusive way, considering the needs and interests of each child. Suitable for kids aged 5 – 10 years old.
Time 5.00 – 6.00pm on Tuesdays
